Terms and Conditions

1. Scope of application

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all use of the courses, workshops, and services offered by Dr. Stefanie Huber and affiliated partners by users, regardless of the location, time, and type of implementation, unless otherwise specified in the respective contracts. In the case of commercial partners, their General Terms and Conditions apply to those parts, in particular liability and default, which the commercial partner contributes to the events.

2. Offers

Dr. Stefanie Huber and partners offer workshops, the remuneration for which is based on the agreed rate. Any shipping costs for materials are included in the offers, provided that shipping is within Germany. Shipping costs abroad must be requested separately.


3. Payment terms and termination

For workshops, a binding participation contract is concluded when the user registers, including in electronic form by email. The provider reserves the right to cancel the event up to seven days before it takes place without giving reasons. Later cancellations are possible if reasons are given, for example, illness of the coach. Claims by the user due to cancellation of the event are excluded.

3.1. The user may cancel participation in events free of charge up to 30 days before the start of the event.
3.2. Cancellations by the user up to 14 days before the start of the event will be charged at 50% of the booked services.
3.3. Cancellations by the user up to 7 days before the start of the event will be charged at 70% of the booked services.
3.4. Later cancellations or non-attendance at the event without cancellation will be charged at 100% of the booked services.
3.5. If, in the event of cancellation, materials, documents, or products have already been sent to the user, the user shall return these to Dr. Stefanie Huber und Partner at their own expense. 

3.6. The date of registration is decisive for early bird discounts.

4. Price changes

Dr. Stefanie Huber and Partner reserve the right to change the applicable prices. Price changes will be announced directly on the website. 


5. Changes to the offer 

Dr. Stefanie Huber and Partner reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the offer.

6. Cancellation of exercise sessions within a workshop

In the event of illness, vacation, or other impediments on the part of Dr. Stefanie Huber and Partners, both parties will endeavor to organize a substitute for the respective offer. If this is not possible, an exercise session may be canceled.

7. Health

7.1. Each user is responsible for their own health and physical fitness.
7.2. The user shall inform Dr. Stefanie Huber and Partners of any physical ailments and health problems or limitations that could impair their ability to participate in workshops, even if they consider these to be minor.


8. Liability

The liability of Dr. Stefanie Huber and Partners, regardless of the legal basis, is limited to intent and gross negligence.
This does not apply in the event of injury to life, limb, or health, in the event of claims due to the breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations), and in the event of compensation for damages caused by delay (§ 286 BGB); in this respect, Dr. Stefanie Huber and Partners are liable for every degree of fault, whereby the exclusion mentioned in the following paragraph must be taken into account.
The workshops are conducted by Dr. Stefanie Huber and Partners to the best of their knowledge and belief. Participants are responsible for deciding whether participation in the workshops is compatible with their physical condition, so that participation in the workshops is at the participant's own risk. In the event of pre-existing conditions, the participant must consult a doctor prior to the workshop, obtain their consent to participate in the course, and inform Dr. Stefanie Huber and Partner in advance of the workshop about any pre-existing conditions and the doctor's feedback in this regard. Dr. Stefanie Huber and partners are not liable for injury to life, limb, or health of the participant resulting from the workshop being incompatible with the participant's physical condition and/or the participant's failure to comply with the aforementioned obligation to provide information regarding any pre-existing medical conditions. Participants are therefore liable for any damage they cause to themselves, other persons, or property, as well as for any risks they take during the event. The aforementioned limitations of liability also apply to the actions of Dr. Stefanie Huber and Partners' vicarious agents.

Furthermore, it should be noted that participation in the respective workshops, courses, or other events does not replace psychotherapeutic or medical treatment. The coaches' instructions are to be understood as suggestions, which the participant follows of their own free will and only to the extent that they can take responsibility for themselves.

 

9. User data

In accordance with § 33 BDSG (Federal Data Protection Act), personal data is stored electronically for internal processing (e.g. invoicing). The user declares that they agree to the processing and use of their data to this extent. Detailed information on the collection, use, storage, and transmission of data can be found in the privacy policy.


10. Miscellaneous

The inclusion of the customer's own terms and conditions is hereby rejected, unless otherwise agreed. Should one or more provisions of these General Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
